Today there are many companies paying their employee’s college tuition because an employee’s additional skills and knowledge contributes to the company’s growth and success.
By choosing to work for a company in your field of study, you’ll have the opportunity to gain work experience, get paid and get tuition reimbursement. Whatever field of study you decide to choose, there are many companies that offer tuition benefits in technology, retail, financial services, manufacturing, food service, automotive and medical.

Amazon
Amazon’s Career Choice program pays tuition and fees to earn college credit towards a degree. Also includes anytime shifts giving students the ability to schedule their own shifts to work around their classes and studies, apprenticeships, certifications and pathways program. CamperForce provides seasonal jobs across the US in a technological environment for students taking a break to the explore world and live life on the road.

Anthem, Inc
Anthem Education Assistance Program offers full and part-time employees tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually. Must work 20 or more hours per week and employed at least six months. WGU provides a five percent discount on tuition and offer (20) $1,000 scholarships toward a master’s degree program.

Apple
The Apple Education Reimbursement program pays up to $5,250 for expenses. It includes internships and Apple University an initiative that aims to help employees think like Steve Jobs. You’d gain access to classes, seminars, and tools on Apple’s company culture, personal finance, software skills, and business skills.

Allstate
Allstate Tuition Reimbursement includes 100% reimbursement for tuition, books and fees for job-related courses up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year, for undergraduate, graduate, IT certification and insurance designations. One-year employment required.
Allstate Foundation Matching Grant Program also doubles your personal contributions to $5,000 per year to eligible institutions of higher education.

Best Buy
Best Buy reimburses full-time employees up to $3,500 a year for undergraduate tuition expenses and up to $5,250 a year for graduate-level coursework. Reimbursement of the cost of tuition and required textbooks; Reimbursement of all fees up to $325 for undergraduate course work and up to $525 for
graduate course work.

Boeing
Boeing Learning Together Program (LTP) will pay tuition and eligible expenses toward individual courses, certificate programs and degrees, this also includes the cost towards obtaining a pilot’s license and exam fees reimbursement for select professional certifications. Boeing will pay the institution directly, so the employee doesn’t have to pay out of pocket.
They generously provide $25,000 per year for graduate degrees in many fields of study. There’s no annual limit if enrolled in eligible science, technology, engineering and mathematics degree and certificate courses at partner schools. Generous funding is also available for other fields of study. Boeing annually awards scholarships for undergraduate education to employees’ dependents who meet eligibility requirements.
Employees are eligible on the first day of the month after their date of hire and must meet certain hourly work requirements.

BP
BP’s education assistance program reimburses eligible employees for up to 90% of the
eligible expenses for educational and vocational courses (related to your job at BP) taken at an approved educational institution for tuition, required books, required software, printed course materials in lieu of textbooks, registration, laboratory and other fees which the institution requires the student to pay, such as cap and gown.

Capital One
Capital One Educational Assistance Program provides up to a $5,250 per year allowance for course-specific tuition, required books, and eligible course-specific fees. Full-time and part-time associates are eligible on their date of hire for reimbursement for courses starting on or after their hire date. Employees are eligible for tuition discounts at over 200 selected schools and programs.

Chick-Fil-A Remarkable Future initiative provides three educational assistance opportunities: 1) tuition discounts up to 30 percent and other educational benefits at colleges and universities nationwide, 2) the True Inspiration Scholarship of $25,000 for selected employees and 3) Chick-fil-A Leadership Scholarship of up to $10,000 for selected employees.

Genentech Tuition Assistance program offers up to $10,000 per year on approved job-related courses.

Google will match up to $2,500 per Googler per year in student loan payments to help them pay off their student loans (Helping Googlers tackle student loan debt). Employees have to be based in the U.S., and there is no lifetime cap. They also provide $5000/year in tuition reimbursement (About Google’s extended workforce).
Herschend Enterprises
Herschend GROW U offers its employees 100% free diploma, degree and certificate programs across 30 learning partners n Guild’s Learning Marketplace, including programs in business administration and leadership, culinary, finance, technology and marketing. They will also provide partial funding, up to $5,250/year, for 150 additional programs in fields including hospitality, engineering, human resources and art design.

Home Depot Tuition Reimbursement offered on the first day of employment for an associate, bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, or technical degree. Salary employees receive up to $5,000, full-time hourly up to $3,000, and part-time hourly up to $1,500 per calendar year. This includes 50% of the cost of tuition, books, and reasonable class registration fees for approved courses can be reimbursed. 50% of mandatory fees can be reimbursed up to $250 per quarter/semester.

Intuit Tuition Assistance program offers Full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week are reimbursed up to $5,250 per calendar year. Part-time employees working 20 to 29 hours per week are reimbursed up to $2,625 per calendar year.

Kaiser Permanente employees who work at least 20 hours a week may receive tuition reimbursement of up to $3,000 each year for successfully completing eligible courses.

KFC Foundation offers 100% Tuition Coverage at WGU for a bachelor’s or master’s degree online through Western Governors University (WGU), covering your tuition and required fees. Or up to $20,000 in scholarships to attend a two- or four-year college, trade school or graduate school of your choice. They also free unlimited access to official GED prep and testing to earn your high school GED.

Archways to Opportunity Tuition Assistance offers full-time store manager trainee, certified swing manager, department manager, or general manager are eligible for $5,250 in Tuition Assistance. Restaurant crew, floor supervisor, shift manager trainee, primary maintenance, or other part-time employee are eligible for $2,500 in Tuition Assistance each year.
