In this quick tip video, I’ll show you how to access a list of college grants for your state. Also, let’s say you plan to attend college in another state. By becoming a resident of that state (approx. one year), you could reap the benefits should you decide to relocate for school.

By knowing about the educational college grants that are being offered in a particular state, or in the state you reside, you could begin creating your debt-free college financial plan. Many state grants are quite generous. Some states may provide the additional financial aid that federal aid may be lacking. It’s important that every student who decides to attend college be well informed of the state grant(s) that are available to them, so as to not miss out on free money.
